STEP 4 – PRELIMINARY INTERVIEW AND INVESTIGATION
The fourth step, after verifying compensation sources, is where we interview you to collect all of the facts about the accident and initiate an investigation.
During the preliminary interview, we will ask you specific questions about what took place leading up to, during and after the accident to clearly define what happened. The interview might include questions about the location of the accident, who saw the accident, what you were doing when the accident occurred and anything else that might be important. Accidents are unique, so the questions asked will depend on your situation.
After the interview, we will start an investigation. During the investigation we will obtain medical records, interview any witnesses, obtain police reports and obtain any other pieces of information that will help us prove your claim. Our experts will carefully review all of the information collected from you, third party individuals and official documentation and start building your case.
Warren Law Firm staff will visit you at your home or in the hospital. We will come to you for the interview and if we need additional information from you during our investigation. There is no need to worry about an inability to come in to our office. We will come to you!
